Union Bank Excites Customers, Unveils 14 Upgraded Branches
One of the leading financial institutions in Nigeria, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc has reiterated its commitments to providing simpler and smarter banking services to customers with the unveiling of additional 14 newly upgraded branches across 7 states in the country. This was made known recently during the unveiling at ceremonies attended by the bank’s customers, stakeholders and local community leaders across the states.
The upgraded branches which spread across Enugu, Oyo, Kaduna, Kogi, Delta, Benue, Lagos and Abuja came as a relief to customers of the bank who expressed satisfaction at the bank’s transformation strategy
While speaking on the development, the Transformation Director, Union Bank, Joe Mbulu, said, “Our priorities at Union Bank are clearly defined. To us, the customer comes first. This is why we embarked on this transformation agenda in the first place.
“We identified the need to upgrade our branches and to improve our services, all in a bid to ensure our customers are consistently provided with top-notch banking services; whether they choose to walk into any of our branches or they decide to carry out their transactions using any of our digital platforms.”
He added, “The launch of these 14 upgraded branches across the country is a statement to our customers and stakeholders that we are committed to the transformation plan we put in place. We will continue to provide innovative solutions which ensure that our customers are satisfied every time they interact with us.”

As part of ongoing transformation of the bank, the bank recently launched a mobile app which has received customers’ nod as the best in the country. The new app comes with exciting and innovative such as Locate-an-Agent, Locate-an-ATM-with-Cash , News and Weather Report amongst others
The new app which is accessible by customers and non customers of the bank was developed to provide users with reliable, secure and convenient banking services on the go.
