Platform Capital to Invest in Okusaga’s Precise Comm., Due Diligence Commences
Platform Capital, an African wide investment company has expressed interest in taking equity shares in Bolaji Okusaga’s new company Precise Communications with a view to expanding the frontiers for both organisations by leveraging on each other’s comparative advantage.

According to findings, the Platform Capital team’s interest in Precise’s covers two unique proprietary platforms already berthed by the new Precise. The targets are the Social Interactive e-Commerce platform and the Intuitive Content platform.
The former, known as Excite Enterprise is targeted at unlocking the business fortune and potential of small scale and medium scale enterprises. Its enormous possibilities include influencer marketing, SMS and email solutions, payments and other logistics solutions. Excite Enterprise has the capability to deepen buyers and sellers’ relationship in a seamless manner reveals a source close to the deal.
Platform Capital is also fascinated by Precise’s Intuitive Content platform called Engine. Engine, according to investigation, is designed to aggregate contents possibly from popular culture in a structured manner. It could also be deployed in buying or building unique contents for brands’ marketing and relationship purposes.
Further finding reveals that the interested parties are currently neck deep in discussions towards a speedy conclusion of the deal. A due diligence has taken off with view to determine among others – what is paid, shareholding structure, what happens to the current structures and business continuity plans.

Contacted for conformation, Okusaga, a strategy and brand enthusiast with wide experience in Media and Marketing, confirmed that talks are going on but declined specifics. “There are a number of organisations showing interest in what we are doing”, he declared with a tone of finality.
