Cannes Lions 2020 Calls for Entries
The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has announced entries for the 2020 festival. In a statement made available on the website, it says, the Festival reveals the 2020 Content Agenda focusing on eight industry-driven themes, introduces the new Creative Business Transformation Lions, and refreshes the PR Lions.
The eight themes include; Creativity is the Business Growth Engine, Creative Disruption in Commerce, Post-Purpose: Brand Accountability and Activism, Looking to 2030: Making your Business Future-fit amongst others.
The 67th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity will take place from Monday 22 – Friday 26 June 2020 while Entries to the Lions Awards open on the 16th of January 2020 till the 16th of April, 2020.
The statement added, “In 2020 we have a new award, the Creative Business Transformation Lions, a refresh to the PR Lions and across the rest of the Lions, some new categories as well as a few updates.”
According to Simon Cook, Managing Director, Cannes Lions, he said: “In response to industry need, the 2020 Cannes Lions content themes will set the global agenda for the industry and help us all navigate the year ahead.
