BrandCrunch Holds Webinar on “Galvanising Business through Creativity” on Wednesday
As the Covid-19 pandemic rages while the country as a whole and industries expectantly hope the curve would flatten very soon, BrandCrunch will tomorrow, Wednesday 17th June begin a series of webinar sessions aimed at proffering ways out of the downturn especially exploring the route of creativity.
Running with the theme: “Post Covid-19: Galvanizing Business through Creativity” for the first of the series, the Premier online marketing magazine led by its Publisher, O’Lekan Babatunde host Maurice Ugwonoh, Creative Director, Noah’s Ark Communications, Lagos.
Speaking on the remote event slated to kick-off 10 am live on the Instagram, the publisher revealed that it is high time companies and entrepreneurs thought out solutions of the business quagmire occasioned by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“There is no gainsaying the fact that businesses and organisations are in one of the most trying periods of their lives, personal and corporate incomes /revenues are on the south trend, businesses need to be deliberate to reverse the trend”, he said.
This is a time people should come together, brainstorm, exchange ideas, and come up with viable alternatives such that we do with “BrandCrunch Learning Sessions”. However, since the current environment and government regulations prohibit public gathering, for now, we are moving this online by way of remote sessions aimed at championing ideas that will drive the next phase through a creative harnessing of talents.
The speaker, Maurice Ugwonoh, an accomplished Creative Director with professional Certificates from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMN); and Consumer Behaviour & Marketing Communications from Edinburgh Business School, UK will deliver a keynote suffused with diverse case studies.
Maurice brings 15 years of experience spanning JWT Lagos, Leo-Burnett Lagos, FKG2, FCB-Impact, DDB Lagos and finally Noah’s Ark where he leads the Creative team to design and execute brand communications strategies and campaigns for some of Africa’s apex brands like Nokia, MaltinaAirtel, and more.
In 2012, Maurice won Nigeria’s first International award with Silver at EPICA for a Nike Foundation-Girl Hub ad called “speechless”.
