Book on Financial Intermediation Operations & Practice for Presentation on July 21
A new book on Financial Intermediation Operations & Practice authored by Chief Seye Adetunmbi is slated for public presentation on Tuesday, 21st July 2020 under the chairmanship of Dr. Allimi Abdulrasaq, Chairman, Forte Upstream.
In view of the COVID-19 and the attendant health regulations, the presentation will take the form of ZOOM presentation says the Author.
Also on the guests’ list is the trio of senator Ibikunle Amosu, Chairman, Senate Committee on Capital market and former Governor of Ogun state; Kayode Alabi, Deputy Governor of Kwara State and Gboyega Alabi, Deputy Governor of Osun State as lead presenters while Chief Dele Fajemirokun will be the Chief Presenter.
The remote presentation will also feature Alhaji Maido Yuguda, Director-general, Security & Exchange Commission; Aruma Oteh, former DG, and Academic Scholar, University of Oxford; and Yewande Sadiku, Director-general, Nigerian Investment Promotion Council as special guests.
Others include Dr. U.J Utsueli, Chairman, Dubril Oil; Mr. Atedo Peterside, Chairman, ANAP Foundation as special guests of honour while Bola Ajomale, CEO, NASD Plc will be the reviewer.
According to the author, the public presentation will kick-off on Zoom at 2 pm on Tuesday with the Proshare crew moderating the proceedings.
In one of his snippets on the book, that Author has this to say, “Nigeria is the case study in the book because activities in the money and capital market between 1980 and 2020 had been quite remarkable and should be documented, such that, it will serve as a guide for other emerging markets, government technocrats, intending practitioners, existing financial market operators and individuals who wish to know how the financial market operates and works”.
