EXMAN set to Discuss Future of Customer Experience at 2020 Experiential Marketing Conference
Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria, EXMAN in collaboration with ExperientialNG is set host this year’s EXM2020 African Experiential Marketing Conference, which will be holding virtually on August 13, 2020 with speakers and participants from across the continent and Europe.
With the outbreak of Covid-19 and its impact on business and consumers interaction with brands, how must brands pivot to realign with the future of customer experience in resource constrained markets and how do agencies survive?
The conference will bring together keynote speakers and leading industry thinkers to find a way through and is billed to be attended by experiential marketing practitioners from Kenya and Ghana.
Key note speakers for the event are Ose Osundeko, Group Digital Marketing Head at Fidelity Bank, who shall be speaking on How Digital Can be used to transform the customer experience, Matt Davies and International Innovation and creative branding coach will deliver a paper on Using the power of creativity and agile design thinking to transform brands. Matt is listed as one of the top 50 creativity and innovation coaches in the UK.
The last paper, which will be on How To Provide Transformational Leadership In Times Of Crises will be delivered by Alex Goma who currently serves as the Managing Director of Grand Cereal Industries, a subsidiary of the UAC group. Other discussants include heads of EXMAN agencies such as Kayode Olageshin, Kehinde Salami, Rosemary Akpo, Sola Antwi and Innocent Oboh. Also, Femi Adelusi, President of MIPAN and Abiodun Oshinbosi the current Vice President of EXMAN will join the panel.
